Question 1

How many Ball watches are in stock?

Accepted Answer

3 Ball watches are in stock right now, all new and unworn, with box and papers where available.

Question 2

How much does a Ball watch cost at VISSO?

Accepted Answer

Ball watches at VISSO cost between €1,608 and €3,576.

Question 3

How is a Ball watch delivered?

Accepted Answer

Every order ships insured and tracked from Switzerland and arrives within 6 to 10 business days in the EU. Insured shipping is included in the price. Prices exclude import VAT. Because the watch ships from Switzerland, the carrier collects your country's import VAT and a customs handling fee before delivery. Customs duty on watches of Swiss origin is generally 0% in the EU.

Question 4

Are Ball watches authenticated?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every watch is authenticated in-house before listing and again before it ships, and is shipped with box and papers where available.

Question 5

What warranty do I get?

Accepted Answer

Every Ball watch comes with a warranty of at least 24 months from delivery; the exact term is stated on each product page.
