When you place an order or contact us, we collect the information needed to fulfil it: name, shipping and billing address, email, phone number, and order details. Payment is processed by our payment provider. We don't store your full card details.

Why we collect it

To process and ship your order, provide customer support, meet our legal and accounting obligations, and, where you've agreed, to send you updates about VISSO.

Visit and device data

When you send us a question, add a watch to your cart, start checkout or place an order, we also record your IP address, the approximate location it points to (country and city), your browser and device type, your browser language and how you reached our site (for example a search engine or an ad). We use this to recognise genuine buyers, prevent fraud and learn which channels bring customers. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in protecting the store and our customers. Our team receives these details in internal notifications sent through Telegram. They are kept together with the related enquiry or order.
