How long does delivery take?

Orders are shipped insured and tracked from Switzerland, and typically arrive within 6–10 business days across the EU and Ukraine. Prices exclude import VAT and customs handling: the carrier collects your country's import VAT before delivery. Customs duty on watches of Swiss origin is generally 0% in the EU.

Can I return a watch?

Yes — EU customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from delivery. The watch must be unworn and returned with its original box, papers, and accessories.

Are the watches authenticated?

Every watch is authenticated in-house by our team before listing and again before it ships, and is shipped with box and papers where available.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Apple Pay.
