Brand: VISSO
Price: 10.00 EUR
Availability: InStock

Question 1

How long does delivery of the VISSO payment test (not for sale) take?

Accepted Answer

Every order ships insured and tracked from Switzerland and arrives within 6 to 10 business days in the EU. Insured shipping is included in the price.

Question 2

Do I pay import VAT or duties?

Accepted Answer

Prices exclude import VAT. Because the watch ships from Switzerland, the carrier collects your country's import VAT and a customs handling fee before delivery. Customs duty on watches of Swiss origin is generally 0% in the EU.

Question 3

Is this VISSO watch authenticated?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every watch is authenticated in-house before listing and again before it ships, and is shipped with box and papers where available.

Question 4

Can I return the watch?

Accepted Answer

EU customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from delivery. The watch must be unworn and returned with its box, papers and accessories.

Question 5

How do I pay?

Accepted Answer

You can pay by bank transfer against an invoice we send after your order. Card payment is being added.
